tipo de ropa necesitas? ¿Cómo viajar a México y cuál
es tu horario de volar? ¿Cuánto cuestan los
boletos? ¿Cuáles documentos gubermentales
necesitas para cruzar el frontero y quedar para tres
meses?


You are Ana and you are going to travel to Mexico for
three months during the summer and live with a
Mexican family. You must plan your trip: What
do you need to live in Mexico? What will the
weather be like? How will you travel to Mexico
and what is your flight schedule? How much does
your flight cost? What government documents do
you need to cross the border and stay for three
months?


In Spanish, you need to answer the above
questions and orally present your findings and
your itinerary in front of the class. Use the
following websites to help you plan your trip:

¡Buenas noticias! This project is to be done in ENGLISH.


You and your Mexican family are going to visit Chichen Itza, the Mayan temple ruins located southwest of Cancún. After your visit, you are so enthralled with the site, that you offer to boost tourism by creating a travel brochure. In your brochure, you need to provide the following information about Chichen Itza:


• Location
• Hours of operation
• Contact information
• Historical significance – this should be a few paragraphs filled with interesting facts that would make me want to go tomorrow!
• Nearby Mayan points of interest
• Any special events scheduled at Chichen Itza.


Your brochure should be tri-fold, and printed on card stock provided by your teacher and using a color printer. You must include pictures, at least one text box and word art. Create your document in Word, using the three column format.


Edit your work carefully. Make sure you have no spelling or grammatical errors.
